• - Alert churches to the need for evangelism to children within their community.

• - Meetings with leaders of non-governmental Christian organizations.

Expected Results:

• 1. Agreement to work towards the evangelization of children.
• 2. Commitment to pray for this need involving your church.
• 3. Identification of communities.
• 4. Acknowledgment that we have adopted the “Metro World Child” material and have signed an agreement that must be known and respected. https://www.metroworldchild.org

Field of Work

• - At-risk population (e.g. violence or non-Christian spiritual influences).
• - Population with material needs (extreme poverty).
• - High-density population.
• - Population that the church wants to reach.

Expected Results:

• 1. Development of a list of specific communities and outreach locations.
• 2. Identification of Church(es) committed to working on the evangelization of children.
• 3. Commitment to pray and walk the area, bringing it in prayer as a church.

Training

• Phase 1:

  Presentation/Demonstration to pastors and leaders.

• Phase 2:

  A day of training for interested/curious individuals in churches.
  Conducting events in different communities to witness the events in the field. These events are in collaboration between church members and H2H.

• Phase 3:

  A day of training for interested/curious individuals in churches. Conducting events in different communities to witness the events in the field. These events are in collaboration between church members and H2H.

Expected Results:

• 1. Identification of people who will collaborate in the work.
• 2. Commitment to continue with the intention of establishing a ministry in area/region/state/country.

Implementation

• - Integration of work teams (at least 3 to 5 people, men and women).
• - Commitment to carry out at least one activity per month. Implementing the program as indicated in the training and without changes.
• - Evaluate the results of the activities together with H2H.

Expected Results:

• 1. Consolidation of teams (3-5 people, identification of a leader).
• 2. Plan to start the semester of activities (10-12 weeks).
• 3. Development of a calendar.
• 4. Implementation of a communication method between the team and H2H (e.g., WhatsApp, email).

Follow-up, Review

• Answer the following questions in agreement with H2H:
• 1. What has been done well?
• 2. What needs development?
• 3. What changes need to be made?
• 4. What are the next steps?

Expected Results:

• 1. Commitment to continue improving development.
• 2. Identification of new outreach locations.
• 3. Identify missionaries who will dedicate their lives to this ministry.
• 4. Implementation of a communication method between the team and H2H (e.g., WhatsApp, email).

Output

• - Formation of a local ministry with the integration of different involved churches.
• - Development of a local strategy for city/region/state/country.
• - Each outreach site does not have a duration, but it is expected that either a local church will continue the work under the same H2H plan or with a specific program agreed upon between the church and H2H.
• - The reached community becomes part of a church plant and continues the work.
